For change of mind returns or exchanges, customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the purchased item.

For faulty items or wrong items received, please kindly contact us at care@toptop.uk for a return label. We would ask you to send us a photo of the faulty or wrong items before processing the return label.
