    We get it! Sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back

    No worries! We accept returns, subject to the rules below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

    RETURNS

    CODVID-19 Extended Returns Timeframe

    For UK and Europe orders, you may return your products within 60 calendar days from the day you receive the products.

    For US, Asia and rest of the world, you may return your products within 60 calendar days from the day you receive the products. 

    We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

    Eligibility for a return

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it).

    Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of products that have been washed or worn or damaged.

    As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure it is packed up properly to avoid damage. It's also important that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

    Your receipt or packing slip must be included in the returned package to us so that we can quickly process your return. 

    Unless the return is due to factory defects, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. 

    For faulty items or wrong items received, please kindly contact us at care@toptop.global for a return label. We would ask you to send us a photo of the faulty or wrong items before processing the return label.

    EXCHANGES

    For exchanges, please return the unwanted products to us and place a new order.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

    Sale items

    Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We may be able to issue a digital gift card or credit note.

    Full priced items purchased during a store-wide discount period (for example: 30% off all full-priced items) are not considered sale or clearance items.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
