Free delivery when you spend £50 and over, £6.95 for orders under £50.
We aim for next day delivery through Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Express. Please note this is an aim and not a guarantee. We despatch parcels as soon as orders are placed. In some cases, it may take our couriers longer to deliver parcels due to COVID-19. Once the parcels are with our delivery partners, delivery timeframe is beyond our control. However, you will be able to track the progress of your order. CUSTOMER RETURN SHIPPING
For change of mind returns or exchanges, customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the purchased item.
For faulty items or wrong items received, please kindly contact us at email@example.com for a return label. We would ask you to send us a photo of the faulty or wrong items before processing the return label.
